Attend this virtual version of The Six Disciplines of Breakthrough Learning Workshop to learn how to increase learning transfer and the business impact of your training and development efforts.
This interactive workshop will be led by Cal Wick, co-author of the best-selling book, The Six Disciplines of Breakthrough Learning, in four 90-minute sessions. The last session will be a Final Report Out with participants sharing their learning transfer success stories and lessons learned.
- Spring Virtual Workshop: Thursday, April 7, April 14, April 21, with Final Report Out on May 19. All sessions are from 11:00 AM to 12:30 EDT.
Enrollment is limited to a maximum of 25 people so we can maintain a highly-interactive virtual format.
Bring a new program you are designing or a current program that you would like to improve. You will be provided with tools, job-aids, and approaches that you can apply immediately. After each session you’ll receive on-line support and a way to show your progress using our Learning Transfer Tool, ResultsEngine®.
As a “Final Exam” each participant will document the improvements they make to their program by applying The 6Ds. During the Final Report Out Session, participants who demonstrate their use of The Six Disciplines of Breakthrough Learning will become a 6Ds Graduate, and will receive a special certificate and a unique award.
